We have been so happy with the regular valet service from GTM pools. Greg and his team are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional at every interaction. These guys go the extra distance and I cant recommend them more highly. An absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing is a problem and our pool always looks amazing.

Green on Monday, swimmable by the weekend
No draining, no refill, just the right treatment and the filter doing its job.
Pools we look after
Auckland pools on our regular maintenance rounds, photographed on the day of service. Every visit starts with the water: we test chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser on site and dose what the pool actually needs. We look after the gear too, from pumps and filters to chlorinators and heaters, repairing what is worth repairing and replacing what is not.

Renovations and resurfacing
Old surfaces, tired coping and leaking shells. We strip back what has failed, repair the structure, resurface and retile, then commission the pool and balance the water before you swim in it.
Awesome service from Greg and his team. Highly professional and great value. I wouldn't trust our newly refurbished plaster pool surface with anyone else, future-proofing a large investment. Grant from Luxury Retreats NZ.
Green pool clean ups
A pool goes green fast once the chlorine drops away, and it is the job we get called out for most. We test the water, shock and treat it, run the filter down and get it swimmable again rather than draining and starting over.
Greg sorted out my pool which had green stains for months within 2 days..!!! what an awesome operator....They are the best and I've engaged them to do regular valet services... I wish I could give them more than 5 stars !! One very happy customer :)
Spas and swim spas
Spas hold a small amount of water at a high temperature, so the chemistry moves quickly. We service spas and swim spas the same way we do pools, including drain downs, filter changes and full water balances.
Very reliable service, trustworthy and friendly team members, in particular Owen who accommodates the enthusiastic and executed greeting he gets from our dog. Sound advice and product knowledge and recommendations throughout peak warm seasons and through to winterising our pool. Great value when we added our spa maintenance to the regularly visits. Great communications and always leave the property tidy and with confidence the pool and spa are being professionally maintained year round.

We've had a great experience with GTM Pools Ltd. Greg was incredibly helpful and friendly over the phone, making everything nice and easy from the start. The boys who came out to service our pool were polite, respectful, and a great bunch of lads. They did a fantastic job, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend these guys!
Gus is an absolutely fabulous technician who is a delight to deal with, understands exactly what’s needed, has an high level of knowledge, and installs equipment in the most difficult of locations to the very highest standard. You couldn’t put your pool in better hands.
GTM Pools have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Their knowledge and expertise really stand out - you can tell they genuinely know their stuff. They’re always friendly, reliable, and take the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. The service has been consistently excellent, and my pool has never looked better. It’s great having a team I can trust to keep everything running perfectly. Highly recommend GTM Pools to anyone looking for professional and dependable pool care!

Sent Greg a video of my pump making a strange noise and a week before Christmas he organised a new pump for me and his Service Manager, Gus, to install it. Gus was friendly, informative and conscious of leaving me more knowledgeable about my pool system than before he arrived. Had been given poor information by the pool supplier and then two other pool guys. He is hands down the best pool guy I have ever had work on my pool. Taught be about my pool system and left me in a better place with it. Highly recommend.
Greg and the team at GTM pools have been excellent! The communication he has with us and the knowledge is outstanding. We had Gus come and change our pool pump and he talked me through everything so detailed but in a way I could understand as a non pool smart person! They are looking after us over summer and the pool is looking amazing! Thanks teams!!!! Highly recommend 😍😍😍
