1. Services

GTM Pools provides pool and spa maintenance, cleaning, repairs, servicing, inspections, and related services (“Services”) across Auckland. Services may be provided on a one-off or ongoing basis as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates unless stated otherwise. Pricing may vary depending on pool condition, access, required chemicals, parts, or additional labour discovered during service. Any material changes will be communicated before proceeding.

3. Bookings & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the pool and equipment at the scheduled service time. Missed access or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

4. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed at booking or invoicing. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of ongoing services.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling should be made with reasonable notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee to cover allocated time and travel.

6. Service Limitations

While GTM Pools takes reasonable care in providing Services, results depend on factors beyond our control including weather, existing equipment condition, water source quality, and prior maintenance history. No guarantee is given that specific outcomes will be achieved unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, GTM Pools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Liability for direct loss is limited to the value of the Services provided.

8. Health & Safety

Customers must ensure the service area is safe and free from hazards. GTM Pools reserves the right to refuse or suspend Services if conditions are unsafe.

9. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

10. Changes

GTM Pools may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always apply.
